This fluffy, sweet egg omelette is made with eggs, hanpen (a marshmallow like fish cake) and sugar that is combined in a blender, pushed through a sieve and then cooked on the stove. When it is cooked it is rolled in a bamboo roller, similar to makizushi, and cut.
