Pork Shabu Shabu 豚しゃぶしゃぶ


Paper thin slices of pork are quickly cooked in a nabe (hot pot) with nira (garlic chives), negi (leeks) and hakusai (Napa cabbage). It is served with ponzu (citrusy soy dipping sauce) and momiji oroshi (spicy grated daikon radish). A great way to warm up on a cold day.
